After we obtain the appropriate information pertaining to your benefit plan(s), we create a user friendly website including all important benefit information, necessary forms, links to provider directories (including specific instructions), frequently asked questions and answers, and a variety of HR required forms including state and federal tax forms (if required).

Once the Data Management team has collected your benefit data, the IT group goes to work. We create a website that includes more than just your company logo. A replica of your corporate website is created where we match your corporate colors, menus, backgrounds, in order to capture your corporate identity. State of the Art password protection is included in all websites.

Your site will then go through three stages of extensive testing before it is introduced to the client for review. Human Resource departments then review for accuracy and deliver to employees through the various methods provided to you in our Website Rollout Package.
